This launch uses shared-code access, not an individual customer login. Anyone with the code can download, so please do not share it publicly.

Extract the whole package
Unlock and download the ZIP, then use Windows “Extract All.” Keep the extracted folder structure intact.
Open the included setup
Open Install RackVision.cmd, or Installer → Setup → RackVisionSetup.exe, from the extracted package. Follow the setup prompts on your Windows PC.
Finish Opening Night Setup
Set up your room and operator protection, then configure and test your camera and storage. Keep operator recovery information separate from your download code.
This supplied build is an unsigned beta. Windows installation and real-table hardware acceptance still need verification. Do not disable security protections to install it.

These notes describe the supplied package’s changelog, not independent Windows or camera-accuracy certification.

Reinstall without starting from scratch.
Redownloading gives you another copy of the application—not a cloud copy of your player history. Before changing PCs, use the app’s Data Protection tools to export a verified backup. Import and restore it on the new PC, verify your player records, and reconnect your replay storage.
Keep your customer download code, operator recovery information and data backups safe. They serve different purposes.
A few things before you download.
Can anyone download the software?
A valid download code is required. This launch uses a shared code rather than individual purchase verification, so anyone who has the code can download. Keep it private. The installation package is stored privately and is sent only after the code check succeeds.
Is this the finished commercial release?
No. The supplied file is version 0.9.0-beta.5, an unsigned Windows beta. Physical-camera accuracy, Windows hardware acceptance and autonomous-referee qualification remain pending.
Can I download just the EXE?
Use the complete ZIP package. It contains RackVision.exe, RackVisionSetup.exe, supporting libraries and release files. Taking an EXE out of that folder structure can break setup or the app.
Does downloading again restore my players and matches?
No. Export a verified data backup from your old PC before moving, then use Import + Restore on the new PC. Keep your replay drive and any related media backups as well.
Is the download code the same as the operator PIN?
No. The customer code is for getting the installation package. The operator PIN and recovery information protect actions inside the app. Keep each separately.
Can I buy the light now?
Not yet. The $499.99 USD light remains Coming Soon and unavailable to order or preorder. Join the launch list for release updates.
